Heading Suggestion: Our Quality Promise

At Qahwa, we take pride in the quality of our beans and creations. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

  • Returns:

    • You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

    • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it (due to the perishable nature of coffee).

    • Your item must be in the original packaging.

  • Refunds:

    • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

    • If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment or bank account within 5-7 working days.

  • Shipping:

    • Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
